Stay updated with the latest industry trends and recruitment best practices. Skills and Qualifications 2-10 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for the US market. Strong understanding of W2 hiring,c2c,1099 tax form . Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and job boards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations is a plus. Strong negotiation skills and ability to sell job opportunities to candidates.
