We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting IT professionals for the US market and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and recruit IT candidates for various positions in the US.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms for candidate sourcing.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates skills and qualifications.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

2-10 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for the US market.
Strong understanding of W2 hiring,c2c,1099 tax form .
Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and job boards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations is a plus.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to sell job opportunities to candidates.
