The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for non-IT roles in the US market.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT roles.Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.Screen and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate interviews, salary discussions, and onboarding processes.Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment.Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, work authorization types, and employment rules.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Experience working in US time zones (Night Shift).Ability to manage high-volume hiring efficiently.Educational Qualification:Bachelors degree in any discipline Benefits:Provident Fund (PF)Health InsuranceFree MealsCab Facility for Female Employees
