Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Ping Identity Specialist to design, deploy, and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions using Ping Identity technologies including PingID , PingFederate , and PingAccess . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with implementing Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federated identity management across cloud and on-prem environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain identity and access solutions using Ping Identity products (PingID, PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne). Configure and manage SSO , MFA , OAuth , OIDC , and SAML integrations with enterprise and cloud applications. Integrate Ping solutions with Active Directory , Azure AD , LDAP , and other identity stores. Develop custom authentication and authorization policies to support application and business requirements. Lead troubleshooting and resolution of identity and access issues. Support system upgrades, patches, and health monitoring. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to design secure identity architectures. Document technical configurations, processes, and procedures. Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards (e.g., NIST, Zero Trust, GDPR). Required Skills & Qualifications: 37 years of hands-on experience with Ping Identity suite (especially PingID, PingFederate, and PingAccess). Strong understanding of IAM concepts : authentication, authorization, provisioning, SSO, MFA, federation, RBAC. Proficiency in identity protocols: SAML 2.0 , OAuth 2.0 , OIDC , and WS-Federation . Experience integrating Ping with enterprise applications (on-prem/cloud/SaaS). Familiarity with Java, JSON, REST APIs , and PowerShell or scripting for automation. Experience with certificate management , token policies, session management, and adaptive authentication. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with PingOne for Enterprise , PingDirectory , or PingCentral . Experience with CIAM use cases and customer identity workflows . Exposure to other IAM tools (Okta, ForgeRock, SailPoint, MIM). Ping Identity certifications or relevant security certifications (CISSP, SC-300, etc.). Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Self-starter with the ability to lead and execute projects independently. Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing mindset.
