Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract IT candidates through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills and fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain accurate candidate records and track hiring metrics.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter or technical recruiter.
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in PST timings.
Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and recruitment best practices.
