US IT Recruiters

Key Responsibilities

Work on
full-cycle recruitment
for US-based clients (Contract, C2C, C2H, Full-Time).
Source profiles using
Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, and internal databases
.
Screen candidates for technical skills, work experience, visa status, and communication skills.
Manage
rate/salary negotiation
and ensure smooth onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and timely feedback from clients.
Maintain ATS/CRM and ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with Account Managers and ensure quick turnaround on requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

16 years of
US IT recruitment experience
(MUST).
Strong understanding of US hiring processes (W2, 1099, C2C, CPT, OPT, H1B, GC, US Citizens).
Experience working on roles like Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, DevOps, BA, PM, Network, Cybersecurity, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close candidates effectively.

Good-to-Have

Experience working with MSP/VMS clients.
Exposure to niche skill hiring and senior-level recruitment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
