Job Title: US IT Recruiter( Associate Executive)

Job Overview

US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions in the US.
Work on job boards
Understand client requirements, technical skills, and job descriptions thoroughly.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
Negotiate compensation and ensure smooth onboarding.
Work during
US business hours (EST/CST/PST)
.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
2–6 months of experience in
US IT Recruitment or Staffing
.
Good knowledge of US visa types and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing ability using job boards and social media.
Willingness to work in
night shifts (US time zones)
.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with
VMS/MSP clients
.
Familiarity with
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
.
Quick learner with strong work ethics and result orientation.
