Key Responsibilities:

Source candidatesusingjobboards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
Screen candidates via phone/video to evaluate technical skills, communication, availability, and visa status.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Negotiate compensation rates with candidates and ensure compliance with client expectations and legal requirements.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualifiedITprofessionalsforrecurring needs.
Develop strong relationships with clients and consultantsforlong-term engagement.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate activity in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Stay updated on the latest hiring trends andUSimmigration/work authorization regulations (H1B, GC,USCitizen, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
0 5 years of experience inUSITrecruitment.
Strong understanding of variousITtechnologies and technical roles (Java, .NET, AWS, DevOps, etc.).
Familiarity withUStax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work visa classifications.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and CRM tools is a plus.
