Job Overview:

Domestic IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for IT positions from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed)
, references, and internal databases.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate
salary and offers
while ensuring alignment with company policies.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.
Stay updated with
market trends, salary benchmarks, and technology hiring practices
.

Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience in
domestic IT recruitment
.
Strong knowledge of
IT skills and technologies
(Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
Excellent sourcing skills using
Naukri, LinkedIn, and Boolean search
.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in
MS Excel / Google Sheets
for maintaining reports and trackers.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience in
recruitment agencies or staffing firms

Basic understanding of
ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
.
Knowledge of
technical screening
or preliminary technical evaluation.
