Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire Specialist) Location: Madhapur Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1-3 Years Job Summary: Domestic IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for IT positions within the United States. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in contract-to-hire staffing, with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT roles across different domains. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for contract-to-hire IT roles. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Utilize job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to identify and attract top IT talent. Client Interaction: Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and business goals. Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability for contract-to-hire positions. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all candidate documentation is accurate and compliant with legal and company standards. Negotiation: Manage offer negotiations, including contract terms, compensation, and start dates. Reporting & Metrics: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and candidate pipelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in domestic IT recruitment, with a strong focus on contract-to- hire placements. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Strong knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
