Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Recruiter placements to join our dynamic team. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for our clients' contract-tohire/ permanent positions in the IT sector. This role requires an understanding of both technical requirements and business needs to successfully match candidates with client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements for permanent and contract-to-hire positions.

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably specializing in IT or technical recruiting.

• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skillsets.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
