About the Role Were seeking a dynamic and dependable Executive Assistant to support our Chairman (based in the USA) and oversee daily coordination across multiple business verticals — IT Staffing, Media, and Alkaline Water Projects. This is not a routine admin job — it’s a multi-functional, high-trust role for someone who can handle coordination, recruitment support, logistics, and operational follow-ups independently. You will act as the Chairman’s right hand in India, ensuring smooth execution and reliable reporting from all teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate directly with IT, Media, and other business heads to track progress and share updates. Assist in hiring and onboarding for IT staffing and media roles. Handle logistics for Chairman’s visits — airport pickups, hotel arrangements, and local coordination. Conduct vendor calls, rental follow-ups, and other operational tasks as needed. Prepare structured daily/weekly reports for management in the USA. Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and loyalty at all times. Ideal Candidate Graduate with 3 – 7 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator / Admin Executive. Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi. Skilled in MS Office, WhatsApp, and Google Workspace. Loyal, organized, proactive, and trustworthy. Two-wheeler or car preferred for local tasks.
