We are looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with 2-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience in the Indian IT market. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, end-to-end recruitment exposure, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment for mid to senior-level positions.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skill sets, and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates technical and communication skills.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and candidates.
Follow up with candidates through the interview process and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and candidate onboarding coordination.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and reports.
Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and skill sets.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and closing skills.
Experience working with ATS and job portals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for IT services / product-based companies.
Prior experience working in fast-paced or target-driven environments.
Immediate notice period preferred.
