Role & responsibilities

anages the full hiring cycle within a country , focusing on understanding local talent needs, sourcing candidates via local job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn), screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding, all while ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and maintaining strong candidate/client relationships

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work with hiring managers to define job roles, required skills, and cultural fit.
Talent Sourcing:
Use local platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, events) to find candidates, including passive talent.
Screening & Selection:
Review applications, conduct phone screens, assess skills, and shortlist qualified individuals.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and the company.
Candidate Experience:
Maintain positive communication, provide feedback, and guide candidates through the process.
Offer Management:
Handle salary negotiations, benefits discussions, and extend offers.
Onboarding Support:
Facilitate new hires' integration into the company.
Database Management:
Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
Reporting:
Prepare reports on recruitment metrics for management.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to local employment laws and regulations.
