OPT Recruiters and H-1B Transfer Recruiters

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing

Identify and source
OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, and H-1B transfer candidates
across technologies (Java, Python, .NET, QA, DevOps, AWS, Data Engineering, etc.)
Use job portals, universities, social media, WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn, and internal networks.

2. Candidate Engagement & Company Explanation

Clearly explain the companys background, reputation, success rate, and work culture.
Highlight the benefits the company offers to employees.
Build trust and confidence so candidates feel comfortable joining on bench.

3. Candidate Convincing / Onboarding

Convince candidates to
join our company for bench marketing
.
Explain the marketing process and expected placement timeline.
Assist candidates through the hiring, documentation, and onboarding process.

4. Relationship Management

Maintain a strong pipeline of consultants.
Build relationships with candidates from universities, trainers, and consulting partners.
