Looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee recruitment operations for Canadian staffing, with experience in handling contractual positions and managing a technically capable team. Location: US Shift Experience: 8+ years (5+ years in TL role) Openings: 2 Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters. • Manage hiring in Canada region. • Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders. • Ensure quality hiring and performance of the team. Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in staffing, including 5+ years in a team leadership role. • Prior experience with contractual positions. • Technically sound, preferably from an IT recruitment background.
