Role Overview

SAP SuccessFactors (RCM & ONB)

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration (30%):

    Manage L1 queries, user access, and issue resolution for Recruitment and Onboarding modules.
  • Process Management (20%):

    Handle candidate transactions, BGV integrations, and job portal (Naukri) data flow.
  • Testing & Configuration (20%):

    Lead end-to-end testing for new business units and manage system tickets/escalations.
  • Automation & Data (15%):

    Support HR automation projects (e.g., auto-generating offer letters) and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Training & Enablement (15%):

    Conduct training for new HR joiners and hiring managers on how to use the HRMS system.

Requirements

  • Education:

    MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with significant HRMS experience.
  • Technical Skills:

    Hands-on experience with

    SAP SuccessFactors (Recruitment & Onboarding)

    is mandatory.
  • Experience:

    4–7 years in HR Shared Services or HR Operations.
  • Capabilities:

    Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
