Job Description

Job Purpose The Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist will be responsible for managing the key communication channels (Notifications, SMS, Email, WhatsApp etc.) for Narayana Health. They will closely work with multiple stakeholders across Creative, Content, Digital, Brand & Hospitals to deliver relevant targeted communication and drive users to drive growth. Key Responsibility Statement 1. Support campaign planning and execution by working with internal teams (Digital, Retention, Acquisition, Contact Center). 2. Execute email and multi-channel campaigns using SFMC tools like Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio. 3. Create audience segments and manage data extensions via Contact Builder for targeted messaging. 4. Build and manage automated and personalized customer journeys, including trigger-based communications. 5. Track and report campaign performance using SFMC Analytics, Datorama, and other reporting tools. 6. Manage lead workflows, ensure database hygiene, and maintain accurate exclusion lists. 7. Assist in A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on open rates, CTR, conversions, and engagement trends. 8. Support lifecycle messaging strategies aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and upselling. 9. Coordinate with design and content teams to deliver creative briefs and ensure quality deliverables. 10. Stay up to date with SFMC features and CRM trends to recommend improvements. Candidate Requirement : 4 to 8 years of experience in CRM, with at least 2 to 3 years working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar platforms like CleverTap, Netcore, or MoEngage. Background in customer acquisition and retention strategies is a plus. Run and support email and digital campaigns in SFMC. Segment audiences and manage data extensions. Track campaign metrics like open rates and clicks. Fix basic issues and support platform tasks.
