About the Role Were looking for a Marketing Automation Engineer who lives and breathes n8n. Youll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automations across all three of our venturesGrowthclub Pro, Tantra, and Yogi. From cold outreach and lead routing to internal dashboards and AI integrations, youll turn marketing logic into scalable systems using n8n as your primary tool. This is a highly technical, systems-oriented role with direct impact on performance, efficiency, and growth. What Youll Own Build and maintain advanced automation workflows in n8n Create robust lead gen pipelines using tools like Smartlead, Clay, Instantly, and Apollo, integrated via n8n Automate CRM updates, outreach sequencing, notifications, and reporting Integrate with APIs and third-party tools across LinkedIn, email, Slack, Airtable, Webflow, and more Leverage AI tools (like GPT APIs) inside workflows for personalization and content generation Set up internal dashboards, alerting systems, and campaign triggers Document systems and create internal knowledge bases for repeatability and scale What Were Looking For 2-4 years of automation experience with strong expertise in n8n Deep understanding of API-based integrations, webhooks, and data flows Experience with lead gen, cold outreach, and CRM automations (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, Airtable) Comfort with using OpenAI or other AI APIs within workflows High ownership mindsetyou can take an idea, break it down, and automate it end-to-end Bonus: experience with JavaScript, basic Python, or using Postman for testing APIs Who Youll Work With Youll work directly with founders, performance marketers, and operations leads.
