Build and maintain strong relationships with gynecologists, general physicians, hospital procurement teams, and other key decision-makers to drive business growth. Regularly visit hospitals, clinics, and partners to gather insights on product movement, purchasing behavior, and competitor activities. Liaise with hospital purchase departments to understand product demand cycles and procurement timelines. Identify and generate new leads; follow up diligently to ensure successful deal closures. Provide timely feedback and market intelligence to internal teams to support planning and strategic initiatives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of field visits, communications, and sales performance. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the Reporting Manager.
