Position: Client Support Executive

Working

  5.5 days with 2nd and 4th Saturday off

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the full product lifecycle: concept development launch retirement.
• Monitor product performance and suggest enhancements based on customer and market feedback.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor products.
• Gather input from healthcare professionals, sales teams, and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
• Support the creation of product positioning and value proposition.
• Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory submissions (FDA, CE, CDSCO, etc.).
• Ensure marketing and product materials comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with RA/QA teams during audits or product recalls.
• Help create promotional materials, product brochures, and training manuals.
• Conduct or support product training for sales reps, distributors, and customers.
• Participate in product demos at trade shows, conferences, and customer sites.
• Assist in prototype evaluations and gather feedback from clinicians or users.
• Document user needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Handle product-related queries or complaints from sales teams or end-users.
• Escalate and coordinate resolution of technical issues with QA and service teams.
• Gather and report feedback to relevant internal departments.
• Maintain product performance reports, sales tracking, and market feedback logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Science graduate preferred
• Experience: Fresher - 1 years
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally (sales, R&D, regulatory).
