Tendering Manager

Location:

Working Schedule:

• Days: 6 days with 2nd and 4th Saturday off

• Office Time : 9:00 AM 6:30 PM

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end coordination and administrative support to the field sales team.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, order processing records, and follow-up trackers.
• Coordinate with internal departments including logistics, finance, and service to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage documentation and participate in online government tenders via GeM portal.
• Track tender opportunities, eligibility criteria, and ensure timely submission of proposals.
• Maintain databases related to sales leads, pricing, tender submissions, and customer details.
• Follow up with vendors, hospitals, and clients on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and service queries.
• Support in inventory and dispatch coordination in alignment with customer orders and sales targets.
• Regularly update management on sales coordination status and tender activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Commerce, or Life Sciences).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales support, coordination, and government tendering, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare sector.
• Hands-on experience in handling the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal is mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Officeespecially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work from Faridabad Head Office (on-site).
