This role will involve setting up, optimising, and overseeing critical maintenance processes to ensure optimal asset performance and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Process Development: Develop and implement robust processes for Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), and overall Asset Health Management to ensure the elective operation of solar plants and substations. • Preventive Maintenance: Design and oversee a comprehensive preventive maintenance plan to proactively address potential issues and maximise the lifespan of assets. • Corrective Maintenance: Ensure a swift and effective approach to corrective maintenance, minimising downtime and improving system reliability. • Asset Health Reports: Prepare and manage detailed asset health reports, analysing the performance of solar systems, substations, and related equipment, and providing recommendations for improvements. • Client Reporting: Lead the preparation of client-facing reports, providing updates on operational performance, maintenance schedules, and any issues or improvements. • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the O&M team, ensuring smooth execution of all O&M activities, and facilitate training and skill development for team members. • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all O&M practices align with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices. • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address operational challenges and ensure the timely execution of O&M tasks. • Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing the O&M budget, ensuring cost-efficient maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities: Civil Layout Design: Lead the design and development of civil layouts for various infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient and practical designs that meet client specifications. • Pile Drawings: Create and review detailed pile foundation drawings, ensuring they meet both structural and site-specific requirements.
