Operations Maintenance Manager / Executive

Job Title: Sr. Manager/Manager O&M (Operations & Maintenance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager O&M (Operations & Maintenance) to join our team at the Head Office. The ideal candidate should have a background in O&M across RT (Rooftop Solar), Ground Mount Solar, and Substation projects. This role will involve setting up, optimising, and overseeing critical maintenance processes to ensure optimal asset performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Development: Develop and implement robust processes for Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), and overall Asset Health Management to ensure the elective operation of solar plants and substations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification:

MBA in Operations Management or a related field is a must.

• Experience:

Strong understanding of O&M processes for renewable energy systems, particularly solar and substations.

• Technical Skills:

Proven experience in setting up and managing preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance processes.

Ability to generate and analyse asset health reports and utilise data to improve asset performance.

Experience in preparing client-facing reports and communicating complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders. o Knowledge of industry standards, equipment, and safety protocols related to solar power plants and substations. o Familiarity with O&M software tools or systems for tracking performance and maintenance activities is a plus. • Leadership Skills: o Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on improving operational eAiciency. • Communication: o Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and internal reporting.
