Role & responsibilities Drive development of new sheet metal components and welded assemblies from concept to production. Collaborate with design, tooling, quality, and production teams for prototyping and validation. Interpret 2D/3D drawings and prepare process plans. Support APQP, PPAP, and FMEA activities for new products. Ensure welding quality and compliance with safety standards.
