Designation: Supervisor - Production (Injection Moulding) Qualifications: Diploma in Plastic Moulding Technology / BTE / CIPET with relevant experience. Job Requirements: A. Extensive Experience in Mould Process Setting, Robot Handling. B. Meticulous Planner as well as drive to execute as planned. C. Team player, Motivator, Problem Solving, Mediating attitude. D. Good Crisis Manager E. Preferable from small & precision component manufacturing industry. Job Responsibilities: 01. Responsible for achieving the production of plastic moulded parts as per schedule. 02. Responsible for entire shift operations in the Injection Moulding Shop. 03. Handling Operators, Setting up the Process and the auxiliary equipment as well as completing shift documentation will be basic responsibilities. 04. Experience on ALL ELECTRIC Injection Moulding Machines, Mould Temperature Controllers, Vacuum Conveying Systems, Take-Off Robots etc. required. 05. Production planning, Mould setting, mould change will be basic responsibilities. 06. Prior experience in Handling Measuring Instruments like Micro-meter, Vernier Calipers and Pin Gauges etc. will be beneficial.

Designation: Asst. Manager - Production (Injection Moulding) Qualifications: CIPET (or equivalent) with relevant experience. Experience: 10-12 years in a reputed automobile or auto ancillary industry involved in injection moulding of small and precise components. Job Requirements: A. Extensive Experience in Mould Process Setting, Robot Handling. B. Meticulous Planner as well as drive to execute as planned. C. Team player, Motivator, Problem Solving, Mediating attitude. Good Crisis Manager. D. Extensive Experience in Injection Moulding Machine Robotic operations. E. Preferable from small & precision component manufacturing industry. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for scheduling and achieving production targets of small and precise plastic injection moulded components as per customer schedule and organisation requirements. Responsible for 24 hours operations in the Injection Moulding Shop. Setting up of the ALL ELECTRIC Injection Moulding Machines and all its auxiliaries including Mould Temperature Controllers, Dehumidifying dryers, Vacuum Conveying Systems, Take-Off Robots etc. to ensure streamlined production line. Production planning, Moulding Process Setting and control, Man power planning, Moulding Operations control, Post Moulding Operations and ensuring timely shipments will be the core activities. Training and Mentoring of Moulding Supervisors and Operators. Ensuring compliance to systems like 5S, IATF 16949 standards, TQM and TPM etc.

Designations : Wire Cut Machine Operator Mould Assembly Operator Grinding Machine Operator Turning Operator Qualifications : ITI / NTTF / Indo-German Tool Room / Graduate (as per role) Experience : minimum 1 to 2 years experience in similar work profile Job Requirements: Relevant qualification (ITI / NTTF / Indo-German Tool Room / Graduate) 1-3 years of hands-on experience in similar job profiles Good knowledge of precision measurement tools: Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Height Gauge, Slip Gauge, Pin Gauge, Thread Gauge, etc. Ability to work on moulds, press tools, jigs, and fixtures Familiarity with injection moulding machines and tool room operations Basic understanding of metallurgy, heat treatment, and machining processes (for technical roles) Team player with problem-solving skills and willingness to learn advanced CNC machines. Job Responsibility: Set up, operate, and maintain relevant machines (Wire Cut, Grinding, Turning etc.) Read and interpret technical and engineering drawings (including GD&T) Perform precision work within close tolerances using relevant tools and equipment Operate conventional tool room machines: surface grinder, cylindrical grinder, lathe, milling, drilling, etc. Perform basic operations like turning, threading, polishing, tapping, and blue matching (based on role) Follow standard operating procedures and quality standards Complete measurement documentation and job reports accurately
