The Incumbent will be responsible for- 1. Understand Business processes from business team and provide best possible solution. 2. Focus on customer requirements as well as on SAP best practices while providing solutions 3. Prepared functional specification document and as per buisness requirement. 4. Identify improvement areas and manual process which can be IT enabled 5. Communicate SAP capabilities/possibilities within QM module 6. Ongoing support activities related to SAP QM 7. Provide training to internal as well as external users (other departments)
