Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize SAP QM module to align with business quality management processes.
Implement quality planning, inspection processing, and quality control procedures.
Manage inspection lot processing, quality notifications, and quality certificates.
Integrate SAP QM with other modules such as MM, PP, PM, and SD.
Gather and analyze business requirements; perform gap analysis and recommend solutions.
Support testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Provide end-user training and documentation for SAP QM functionalities.
Assist with SAP QM upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

Key Skills Required:

Strong functional knowledge of SAP QM processes and configuration
Experience with quality planning, inspection, and quality control workflows
Familiarity with integration of QM with MM, PP, PM, and other modules
Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into SAP solutions
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with SAP S/4HANA QM is an advantage
