Role & responsibilities Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Development, Repair & Maintenance Items Purchase, Raw Material & BOM items Procurement, General Purchase. Cost Reduction by various measures like VA/VE, Yield Improvement, Alternate Sourcing, Localization and Negotiations etc. Raw Material procurement and price amendment Build relationships with RM vendors and key suppliers Negotiate pricing and control costs Write sourcing documentation and statements Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices Adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills Great communication, interpersonal and networking skills Reduction to rework of BOP parts by implementing ideas' Safety Compliance Adherence.
