Role & responsibilities We are hiring an SEO Executive who will be responsible for executing both on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve the website's search engine visibility and generate quality traffic and leads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SEO tools, basic technical know-how, and a strong understanding of ranking factors and keyword strategy. Key Responsibilities Execute on-page SEO tasks: optimizing titles, meta tags, headers, image alt tags, URL structures, and internal linking. Perform off-page SEO activities: backlink generation through guest posting, business listings, classified submissions, forums, blog commenting, article submissions, etc. Conduct regular keyword research and competitor analysis. Work on technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with the web development team (e.g., broken links, page speed, mobile usability, crawl errors). Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Track keyword rankings and generate weekly/monthly SEO reports. Assist in content optimization to improve relevance, readability, and search intent alignment. Stay updated on Google algorithm updates and evolving SEO trends. Required Skills: 34 years of experience in SEO (on-page and off-page). Familiar with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, etc. Understanding of keyword research, backlink strategy, and SEO fundamentals. Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and content structuring is a plus. Basic understanding of technical SEO elements. Ability to work independently and in coordination with content and development teams.
