MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. 8–15 years of HR experience in a manufacturing plant, with at least 5 years in an IR-focused role. Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws, factory regulations, and unionized environments. Proven experience in handling union negotiations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
