Compliance and Statutory Management Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). Coordinate with legal counsel for labor court proceedings, audits, and inspections. Maintain up-to-date records and reports for audits and internal reviews. 4. Workforce Planning and Development Partner with department heads for manpower planning and optimization. Drive skill development programs and succession planning for shop floor employees. Manage contract labor through vendor coordination and compliance oversight. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. 8–15 years of HR experience in a manufacturing plant, with at least 5 years in an IR-focused role. Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws, factory regulations, and unionized environments. Proven experience in handling union negotiations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
