Job Description

Role & responsibilities *Leading team of 20+ engineers (includes CAD designers and Simulation engineers) *Driving the project end to end working with different departments internally *End to End BIW Weld assembly such as - Underbody, Body side, Closures, Framer, Long/Rear Mbr, cross Mbr, Cowl, Sunroof, Side sill, Tunnel, Front member, Floor, etc. *Managing team for Machining Spm/Fixtures, like drilling, Tapping,etc. *End to End Chassis assembly such as Rear Axle, Chassis Sub- Asm, CCB, Sub Frame, Commercial vehicle frames, etc. *Handling of different projects simultaneously at any given point Attending to different ceremonies with Client stakeholders - Kick off meetings, DAP, Buy off, different review, etc *Effort Estimation & negotiation with the customer / supplier for Design Activity. *Planning schedules and delegating assignments to meet coverage and service demands. *Expertise in building Toe & Camber tolerance to meet Preferred candidate profile
