Officer - Franchisee Operations

Officer of Franchisee Operations will play a key role in ensuring the success and smooth set up of the franchise stores. He will be responsible for identifying suitable locations for a franchise store across all streams (PNG, Litestyle and Silvostyle), supervising the store interior work, ensuring all assets are procured and installed timely, ensuring that all licenses and certificates are in place before the store launch. In addition he is to also maintain cordial relationship with our franchise partners, resolution of system issues and proper maintenance of the franchise stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the luxury goods and jewelry industry, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build and maintain successful partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, providing guidance and support to set up the store with all certifications and licenses.
  • Co-ordination with different agencies to ensure hassle free launch of the store.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with brand standards, provide maintenance guidelines, and address any operational issues or concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as admin and marketing to ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports on store hygiene, highlighting key metrics and trends, and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise operations, preferably in the luxury goods and jewelry industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and experience in store set up / launch operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel frequently to visit franchise stores and attend meetings.
