Directs incident investigation process using root-cause analyses tools (e.g., Fault Tree Analysis, FMEA) to identify countermeasures and follow to closure. Review organization, regulatory and customer EHS requirements and lead actions to confirm compliance as needed. Drive achievement of all key safety KPIs.
