Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the client in the high raised luxury condominium as well as practice excellent teamwork and support for the other members of the service.
  • Ensure that high quality of service is carried out promptly according to JLL standards
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene, safety and cleanliness in accordance with statutory requirements
  • Identify client needs and expectations and ensure client satisfaction
  • Deal professionally with customer feedback / actively monitor and handle complaints
  • Ensure prompt invoicing and recovery for the services rendered as per the agreement.
  • Assess weekly and monthly figures and maintain adequate controls to monitor if any budget performance comply
  • Actively pursue and achieve budget targets and assist in budget compilation
  • Ensure security of cash, credit and account transactions and that they are reconciled correctly on a daily basis
  • Ensure security and maintenance of premises, equipment and stock details
  • Formulate systems and process in line with client and JLL expectations
  • Use JLL India approved suppliers for all vendor related items
  • Maintain and continuously improve the quality of service and standards as pert the agreed terms
  • Keep all wastage to a minimum and observe good environmental practices where required and to maintain the tracker register.
  • Keep know-how of current safety regulations in order to respond to emergency call-in situations in the facility and help to coordinate any related function to accommodate the safety of customers, visitors and staff
  • Assist in recruitment, selection and induction of staff in accordance with JLL standards
  • Effectively lead, develop and motivate the service team, monitor and solve any site operational related issues as they arise within the department
  • Responsible for grooming, cleanliness, hygiene, uniforms and overall attitude of the staff
  • Organize formal training and provide structured on-the-job training; identify and address individual training needs to provide on-site induction
  • Ensure that the vendor staff is rostered efficiently, productively and up-to budget
  • Attend all meetings and training sessions as scheduled by the association members
  • Ensure that building operations are aligned with JLL India s goals and vision
  • Refine and improve the operation; encourage and recognize innovation and incorporate these into work procedures
  • Report to the Operations Manager as and when required for the effective overall management of the contract
  • Implement - directions from Operations Managers and JLL management and provide feedback on as required basis
