Role: Project Coordinator [Interior and Fitouts] Qualification: BE/ B Tech Civil or Dip in Civil / Interior Design Exp: 5-10 Years Key Skills: Project and Construction Management in Office Spaces, Retail Project/ Luxury Residential Finishing and Fitout. Must be well versed with AutoCAD, Photoshop and 3D Max, Site Management Operations. Role & responsibilities: 1. Overall responsibility of Interior Work, Retail-Commercial-Office Spaces/ Luxury Residential Fitouts and Coordination with the Client, Architect, Consultant & Contractors and act as an interface among all stakeholders and ensure smooth and timely communication between them. 2. Ensure proper coordination between Interior Work, Civil Work, Project Finishing and all related activities including coordination for MEP Work. 3. Implement an appropriate and effective project or programmed management framework for interior fit-out projects. 4. Ensure Good benchmark on finishing and quality for all interior fit-out & finishing work with proper documentation. 5. Knowledge of Racking, shelving would be an added advantage 6. Driving Progress at site as per Management requirements 7. Vendor and Internal Customer Management 8. Ensuring works are carried out as per drawings and BOQ 9. Coordinate with different teams and implementation of final design on site. 10. Perform quality control checks, ensuring the safety and effectiveness or reliability of the system, delegate tasks as necessary to the team to improve an organizations market position and achieve financial growth. 11. You must have an Eye to Detail and should have expertise in Commercial Building's, Corporate/ Showroom & Office Setup finishing work 12. Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders. 13. Define long-term organizational strategic goals and build key customer relationships. 14. Shall Posses Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Presentation Skills Preferred candidate profile Shall have 5+Years of Exp in Retail-Showrooms- Outlets-Commercial- Office Space Projects Interiors and Finishing Fitouts. Good in Reading GFC and Final Drawings, BOQ-BOM from Drawings Exp in Finishing Material for Civil, MEP, Glazing, False Ceiling, Partitions, Wood Work and Interior- Exterior Developments. Costing-Estimation for Projects consumables. Rate Analysis, Quantity Verification and joint measurements Project Billing, RA Bills.
