Role & responsibilities Support HR Business Partners in implementing people-related strategies that align with business objectives. Assist in recruitment efforts including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews. Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and assist in developing training programs. Monitor and analyze HR metrics and employee feedback to identify areas for improvement. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist in the development of retention strategies. Provide assistance in performance management processes, including annual reviews and setting objectives.
