Role Summary:

The Mid-Level HR Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to the West region sales leadership, supporting business objectives through effective HR solutions. This role involves close collaboration with the sales team to address workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development. Additionally, the HRBP will lead core talent management projects that impact the broader sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnership:

    • Collaborate closely with the West region sales leadership team to understand business goals, challenges, and workforce needs.
    • Provide HR insights and consultative support to improve team effectiveness, engagement, and retention.
    • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance issues, and organizational change.
  • Talent Management:

    • Lead and execute talent management initiatives including succession planning, career development programs, and leadership development specific to the sales function.
    • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support workforce planning and hiring strategies for the West region sales team.
    • Support performance management processes including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and development plans.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture:

    • Drive employee engagement initiatives and pulse surveys within the sales teams to foster a high-performance culture.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between HR and the sales team to enhance employee experience.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements within the sales region.
    • Manage HR data and reporting related to sales teams and talent projects.
  • Project Management:

    • Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR projects impacting sales and broader business objectives.
    • Monitor and report on project progress, outcomes, and ROI.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Management degree in Human Resources from a good institute.
  • 2-4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably supporting sales or high-growth commercial teams.
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and business partnering.
  • Strong understanding of sales business dynamics and performance drivers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience working with HRIS and performance management systems.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
