Job Title: Tendering Executive

Location: Pitampura, Delhi (Onsite)

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: As per experience & profile

We are a fast-growing company seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to manage and apply for government tenders across various departments. If you are someone with strong communication skills and a keen eye for documentation and processes, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant government tenders on various online portals.
• Prepare, verify, and submit tender documents before deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for obtaining required documents and approvals.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, follow-ups, and status tracking.
• Ensure complete compliance with tender requirements and government guidelines.
• Communicate with government officials or departments when required.
• Prepare MIS reports related to tender submissions.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).

• Fluent in English

  — both written and verbal.

• Strong computer proficiency

  (MS Word, Excel, PDF handling, Email drafting, Tender portals).
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Prior experience in tender filing (government sector) will be an added advantage.
