Education: Electrical engineer b.tech (EEE) Tendering & Estimation Conduct tender launch meetings with stakeholders. Review and analyze RFQs, tender documents, SLDs, and BOQs. Prepare pre-bid and post-bid clarifications and technical queries. Perform cost estimation for LV, MV, and HV (up to 220kV) substation and MEP projects. Prepare and submit comprehensive techno-commercial proposals and bids. Evaluate CAPEX/OPEX for new and upgrade projects. Conduct bid/no-bid analysis and provide recommendations to management. Review contractual terms, identify risks, and propose mitigation measures. Present cost estimates, risks, and financial evaluations (cash flow) for management approval. Project Planning & Execution Prepare project control budgets, method statements, ITPs, JSAs, S-curves, and manpower histograms. Design master project schedules and allocate resources. Monitor project progress and update clients regularly. Conduct site surveys to assess conditions and determine material requirements. Prepare project plans and obtain client approvals. Ensure timely project completion and adherence to deadlines. Procurement & Coordination Float RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors; perform technical and commercial evaluations. Negotiate with vendors and coordinate material procurement with the purchasing department. Participate in technical meetings and discussions with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Business Development & Client Relations Engage in business development for Substation EPC and EBOP projects (up to 220kV). Coordinate with clients for pre-bid clarifications, technical discussions, and project finalization. Attend site visits, tender kick-off meetings, and project handovers. Follow up with clients to finalize bids and secure projects.
