Job Summary:

The Fitness and Wellness FOE is responsible for promoting, coordinating, and implementing health, fitness, and wellness programs within the organization. This role focuses on enhancing employee well-being through regular activities, workshops, and wellness campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize fitness and wellness activities (e.g., yoga sessions, step challenges, health talks).
• Coordinate with external trainers and health professionals as needed.
• Encourage employee participation and engagement in wellness programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact for health and wellness-related queries.
