Role Description


Onsite/Freshers Only/(1-3 years experience)


This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant located in Chandigarh. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties will include but are not limited to managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, preparing reports and presentations, organizing and maintaining office files, and assisting executives with day-to-day administrative tasks.


Qualifications


  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
