Role Description

Salary -20k to 25k

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant located in Chandigarh. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing clerical tasks, handling phone calls with professionalism, and assisting in executive-level administrative duties. Daily responsibilities include ensuring smooth office operations, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and communicating effectively with team members and clients.

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Ability to manage time and multitask effectively
• Comfortable working in an on-site, professional setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Experience in high-end or client-centric services is a plus
