Position Summary The Senior Data Engineer will lead the design, optimization, and support of enterprise-grade, high-availability data platforms. This role is responsible for modernizing legacy systems, building scalable Azure and Snowflake-based pipelines, and enabling AI/ML-ready data ecosystems. The ideal candidate will combine strong production support expertise with a forward-looking mindset to architect and deliver future-ready data platforms. This position is based in Hyderabad, India. Principal Responsibilities Design and build modern data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Snowflake. Migrate and modernize legacy SSIS/SSRS workloads to cloud-native solutions. Implement DataOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation. Ensure database and pipeline scalability, security, and performance. Partner with analytics and AI teams to deliver trusted, AI-ready data assets. Lead cloud migration initiatives across structured, semi-structured, and streaming data sources. Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptability. Provide production support for enterprise data platforms, including database environments, pipelines and integrations. Provide root-cause analysis and preventive solutions for recurring production issues, minimizing downtime and improving stability. Contribute beyond technical scope when necessary, demonstrating versatility in a startup environment. Qualifications Advanced SQL Server administration and T-SQL expertise. Strong experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, and Snowflake. Proficiency in schema design, performance tuning, and data architecture. Familiarity with streaming frameworks (Kafka, Event Hubs) a plus. Demonstrated leadership in data modernization and transformation projects. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field. 7–10 years of experience in SQL Server and enterprise data engineering. Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and Snowflake. Position Summary The Analytics Engineer will support and maintain current BI and reporting systems (SSRS, Power BI, SSIS/SSAS, Azure Data Factory) while advancing the organization’s analytics capabilities. This role is pivotal in enabling self-service analytics, integrating AI and machine learning insights, and ensuring a scalable data environment that empowers business stakeholders with timely, accurate, and future-ready analytics. This position is based in Hyderabad, India. Principal Responsibilities Provide BI/reporting support across SSRS, SSIS, and Power BI, ensuring reliability and accuracy. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL jobs and data refresh processes. Enhance performance and usability of dashboards and reports. Standardize reusable data assets to enable self-service analytics. Collaborate with data science teams to embed AI/ML-driven insights into analytics delivery. Balance support of current infrastructure with continuous innovation in advanced analytics. Provide day-to-day production support of analytics platforms, ensuring up time, data accuracy, and SLA adherence. Diagnose and resolve incidents, including failures, data refresh issues and user access related issues. Adapt to shifting client priorities and time zones, ensuring flexibility in delivery. Take on responsibilities beyond the role when required, demonstrating startup agility and a problem-solving mindset. Qualifications Expertise in BI tools: SSRS, Power BI, SSIS, SSAS. Proficiency in SQL Server query optimization and tuning. Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and data warehouse schema design. Strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder communication. Exposure to AI/ML model integration in analytics workflows is highly desirable. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related discipline. 5–7 years of BI and reporting support experience. Strong technical foundation in BI platforms and Azure ecosystem.
