Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant located in Kolkata ,West Bengal. The Office Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple administrative and clerical tasks to support various departments within the company. Key Responsibilities - Clients' communication and management on day-to-day basis, email, and phone calls. Maintaining and updating monthly reports for all actions and communications. Market researches to obtain quotation for various suppliers / requirements. To know-How preparation of Quotations, Offers, Purchase Orders and Invoices. Assist colleagues whenever necessary, supporting all paperwork as applicable. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the Sr management. Includes flight/ hotel booking etc. Participation in Sales and Marketing activity as guided by teammates. Coordinate between customers and managers which covers the daily activity of the company. Reporting directly to admin and senior business head. Book keeping for accounts records and reporting to the concerned manager. Adopting the company culture towards acceleration of carrier growth. Tenders and online works. Qualifications and Skills - Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: (0-2) years of experience in an administrative or office support role (preferably in a trading, logistics, or shipping company). Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Advance (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with office equipment and administrative procedures. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Must Speak English, Bengali and any other language is a plus Attention to detail and time management.
