Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.

Timing is 7am to 6pm India Time

45 minutes Lunch Break

You must have computer hardware knowledge and try to quote customer the prices through our PDF and Excel price list and should be able to reply email after training of four to 5 days. And you must be able to monitor the Whatsapp and highlight those customers which are not being replied so that somebody can follow up for the reply to them.

Every customer is important and every customer to be replied and if any customer is not replied you need to highlight and follow up why he has not been replied and find a reply for him to be resolved

this job is to reply customer email, whatsapp and any kind of message with prices and stocks from www.bizgram.com pdf pricelist and system configuration
