As an Office Administrative Assistant at Frido, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office in Pune. Your role will involve utilizing clerical skills to support the office's daily functions and ensuring efficient and smooth functioning. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative assistance and executive administrative support - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure adequate stock levels - Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy accessibility of documents - Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing paperwork and providing orientation - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office facilities and equipment - Assist in event planning and coordination for company meetings and conferences - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies - Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus - 2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to take on new challenges - Clerical skills for managing documentation and office organization - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently - Experience in a similar administrative role is preferred - Professionalism and strong work ethic If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV to sakshi.k@myfrido.com along with details of your Current CTC and Notice Period.
