Role Overview Intrida Limited is a UK-based technology company specialising in advanced engineering and data integration software. With teams across the UK, Europe, India, and Asia, we are growing rapidly and looking for a reliable and organised Admin Assistant in Pune to support our day-to-day operational activities, particularly our small software teams. This role is essential to keeping our global operations running smoothly, ensuring clear communication, and maintaining accurate records. You will act as the primary administrative support for our India operations while coordinating closely with our UK team. This position requires strong organisational skills, proactive follow-up, and the ability to manage tasks independently. Key Responsibilities Task & Calendar Management Monitor and follow up on the tasks list and team calendar to ensure team members are updating time, dates, and progress on assigned tasks. Send reminders for review meetings, general team meetings, internal catch-ups, and other scheduled activities. Communication & Coordination Follow up on all accountant-related communications, including payroll queries, invoices, statutory filings, and documentation. Manage communications related to office utilities, shared office space, or co-working facilities. Keep the team informed about all India public holidays, regional holidays, office closures, and other local operational considerations. Monitor the CRM system and promptly alert the correct team member when new requests, messages, or notes are received. Documentation & Filing Ensure all contracts, documents, and company records are correctly named, filed, and stored in the appropriate shared drives. Assist with organising digital folders, maintaining document consistency, and supporting compliance requirements. Skills & Experience Previous experience as an admin assistant, office coordinator, or operations executive. Strong organisational and follow-up skills. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English (written and verbal). Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office. Familiarity with a CRM system is desirable. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfortable working with a remote team based across several time zones. About the Role As a QA Engineer in our Pune office, you’ll work closely with our Senior Applications Engineer and Lead QA and another QA Engineer. This role gives you the opportunity to apply your technical skills while learning quickly in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will be: To work as an applications engineer to support the delivery of high quality product features Collaborate and work with colleagues on identifying product issues and its resolution Work with enterprise product validation tools and methodologies Role in more detail Attend daily dev scrum meetings Attend QA meetings twice a week Prepare and run prescribed QA validations Collate, interpret and present validation results Monitor issues being fixed, and update status in IR board Work with team on: Defining and implementing the ‘Sample Project’ Defining and implementing the ‘Case study and Scenario project’ Defining and implementing the ‘Demo sessions’ Defining and implementing POC deployments Support Cloud deployment activities About You We’re looking for someone eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of their work.
