Responsibilities: * Prepare tenders from start to finish * Analyze bids and evaluate proposals * Manage tender process from submission to award * Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements
1. GeM Portal Management: Regularly Search, identify, and shortlist relevant bids/tenders on the GeM portal. Coordinate with senior management regarding potential tenders Create and manage product/service listings and catalogues on GeM. Manage all communication with GeM authorities and clients through the portal. Share updates related to tender status, communications from buyers, and any GeM notifications with the concerned senior staff Track order status, contract generation, and post-bid activities (e.g., payment follow-up, performance reporting). 2. E-Procurement Portal Operations: Regularly search and filter relevant tenders on various state and central government e-Procurement portals Identify tenders matching the companys business profile, products, or services Download tender documents and share key information (eligibility, scope of work, submission timelines) with senior team members. Coordinate with senior management or concerned departments for decision-making on tender participation. Track pre-bid meeting schedules and clarification deadlines and update seniors accordingly Role & responsibilities
