Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  B. Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

• Experience:

  Minimum 6 years in tendering, preferably in the solar power industry.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, solar project execution, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and tender management software/tools.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, track, and analyze tender opportunities in the solar industry (EPC, rooftop, utility-scale projects, etc.).
• Review and interpret tender documents, contracts, and technical specifications.
• Prepare and compile tender documentation, including technical proposals, commercial offers, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost estimations.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors for clarifications and updates.
• Ensure all submissions are compliant with tender requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain and update tender databases, track status, and prepare periodic reports.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with stakeholders when required.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and government policies in the solar sector.
• Estimate the Tendor BOQ, BOM & recent tender results Analysis
